Mopars with tradition and passion

The Moparshop has been a specialist company for automotive passion and THE competence service station for Mopar for 30 years. The core area is the Dodge, Plymouth and Chrysler brands for model years between 1962-78. Our workshop team is always on the lookout for technical perfection and optimized performance for our customers. Although boss and Moparshop founder Oliver Zinn has not been working on customer vehicles himself for some time now, he still enthusiastically puts the wrench to his own projects.

The Moparshop is no ordinary company, but a "Driver Owned Company" - and customers benefit from this every day!

We live Mopar - right from the start!

The Mopar virus caught Moparshop founder Oliver Zinn in the form of a golden 1968 Dodge Charger R/T. With a great deal of enthusiasm and limited specialist knowledge, Oli turned the US car into his first project. All he had to offer was his talent as a mechanic. This was soon recognized by others in the then still manageable scene, and Oliver became a sought-after contact for US technology. But he didn't stop there: the spare parts market for Mopar fans was pretty poor, and the major dealers paid little attention to this niche.

An untenable situation for Oliver. With passion, enthusiasm and ambition, he not only built up a network of contacts, but also a business. 1994 was the official founding year of the Moparshop. And what began in a garage quickly became the European headquarters for Chrysler, Dodge, Plymouth and the like.

Demand, orders and the spare parts warehouse grew, and after ten years in Datteln we ran out of space. In neighboring Olfen, we found a suitable area for keeping Mopars in a species-appropriate manner. Now there is room for up to 23 US cars on 3000 m² of outdoor space and 1000 m² of indoor space. More space, more possibilities: We have also expanded our range of services with the move. Today, in addition to the car and parts trade, we offer a complete all-round service for Mopars from 1962 to 1978. The Moparshop's specialty is engine building - we use our brains and know-how to go in search of more horsepower: More Bang for Your Bucks! Numerous drag racing trophies that our Moparshop cars have accumulated over the years show how successful we are at this.

With our own dynamometer, all requirements can be implemented, checked or optimized in the workshop.

Specialist knowledge, expertise, experience - and what else? A direct connection to the scene has always been important to us at Moparshop. As co-founder of the Mopar Meeting, Oli already had his ear to the booming pulse of the V8 world many years ago. Today, the event is organized entirely by Moparshop under the name Mopar Nationals and is a fixed date in the calendar of the US car community every year. Let's roll!
