Pro Magnum Roller Kipphebel bieten eine Kombination aus leichtem Gewicht und

Das eingesetzte Material, 8650 Chrom-Molybdän-Stahl, ist dreimal so stabil wie das
in vielen konkurrierenden Race-Kipphebeln verbaute Aluminium, trotzdem konnten die Kipphebel
durch das computeroptimierte Design gewichtsoptimiert werden.
Es gilt aber immer noch _you get what you pay for_, diese Kipphebel sind verglichen mit anderen Herstellern aus dem Drag Race Bereich relativ preisgünstig und halten im Strasseneinsatz verdammt gut. Wirhaben sie auf vielen Motoren verbaut und selbst bei Roller Nockenwellen hatten wir bis heute keinen Ausfall zu beklagen. Laut Hersteller sind sie nicht für Ventilfederdrücker oberhalb von 400lbs/in vorgesehen. Ihre bronce Hülsen mit denen sie auf der Welle gelagert sind verteilen die Last deutlich Stressfreier als Nadelgelagerte Versionen. Anders als Aluminium oder Gußstahlkipphebel laufen sie nicht auf der Welle ein.
Inklusive Schraubensatz mit Abstandhaltern und Hold downs für die installation. Leichte anpassungen der Hold Downs sind meist notwendig.

COMP Cams took advantage of computer design to simulate the stresses that affect rockers under various operating loads. This allowed the engineers to lessen the rockers' mass at non-critical areas, and strengthen the areas that take the most punishment. The results are rocker arms that are strong where they need to be, and actually weigh 5 percent less at the valve than comparable aluminum rockers.

where it was needed and reduced mass in low stress areas. The result:

most aluminum rockers. This means more rpm and valve train stability.
Superior Design Equals Better Performance
The unique design of the Pro Magnum™ Rocker enables us to use a
larger trunion with more needle bearings. This spreads the load more
evenly and the rocker will last longer. Other features include an integral
pushrod seat that ensures accuracy and saves weight, and a unique
rocker design also provides plenty of clearance for most high performance
valve springs.
