Please note that the engine is significantly taller than an original 440 cui engine. Extensive air filter adjustments are very likely to be necessary. This is usually not a problem in vehicles with a large Six Pack hood scoop.
Please note that the oil pan is significantly lower than the original, protruding roughly 5 cm below the K-Member, which significantly reduces ground clearance.
For an additional charge, special oil pans can be installed that have a larger oil capacity but are not as deep.
