Roller for valve actuation
Comes with a high-quality, sturdy rocker arm shaft. Its diameter has been reduced to allow for more material between the rocker arm shaft and the valve spring to accommodate the needle bearing and the rocker arm.
Supplied as a complete kit with high-quality ARP studs for mounting the rocker arm shaft.
Also included is a high-quality hold-down kit for the rocker arm shaft, which provides a better hold on the cylinder head.
Spacers for the rocker arms are also included.
They are delivered pre-assembled.
They feature oil holes for the valve and the pushrod—a feature not found on all aftermarket rocker arms!
So far, they have performed reliably for us with mechanical roller camshafts up to approximately 0.700_ valve lift and approximately 600 ft/lbs of valve spring preload.
Parts for overhaul are available.
The rocker arms are available in 1.5:1 and 1.6:1 ratios.
Note: For all aftermarket rocker arms, the required pushrod length must be measured after the initial test fit. Upon request, we can supply you with an adjustable pushrod that fits your setup; this makes the measurement process much easier. Of course, we can also supply pushrods in any design and length. So-called ball/cup pushrods will be covered here later.
