Transmission oil filter
Standard quality for connection to 5/16in. Steel line which is the standard on 1962-78 Mopars.
This additional filter is a simple and inexpensive way to extend the life of your transmission or steering gear. Although Mopar already has a filter in the sump ex works, the dirt particles always remain in the system. The filter is also particularly suitable for use after a transmission overhaul, as possible seal residues and dirt particles are removed directly from the system (when changing the filter). Some early Mopars even had such a filter in the transmission oil cooler lines ex works.
