Our USA made exhaust tubing is made from aluminum coated steel. After welding, the weld seam is given another aluminum spray coating to prevent rust. Each tube is bead rolled to flatted the inside weld. That makes the tubing easier to mandrel bend and allows a better fit to mufflers, headers, etc.
