If your engine produces sufficient vacuum (16 in/Hg), this booster is the right choice to enhance the brake pressure signal for your disc brakes. Designed for front disc brakes and rear drum brakes. It comes with the correct plate for firewall mounting, the appropriate linkage that must be installed between the brake pedal and the booster, and the right master cylinder. This allows you to easily convert your car from manual brakes or other non-functioning booster versions. Everything needed for the conversion is included. The Bendix booster fits with minor adjustments to the firewall plate. The push rod of the Bendix booster is approximately 25 mm shorter than the previously installed booster, so an adapter will need to be fabricated.
