Mit diesem Vergaser hat Holley seine _Classic Carburetor_ Serie weiter entwickelt und auf den Betrieb heutiger Kraftstoffe ausgerichtet. Das Gehäuse und die Kammern sind aus Aluminium, sodass eine bessere
Wärmeableitung garantiert ist. Der Heißluftchoke (hot-air choke) und Tankentlüftung (fuel bowl vent) wurden über Bord geworfen.
Durch die typische Oberflächenbeschichtung von Holley ist der Vergaser vor Korrosion geschützt und behält über viele Jahre hinweg ein neuwertiges Aussehen.
