A pair of MsPro Street cylinder heads, fully assembled with springs, valves, valve stem seals and valve locks.
Version with straight spark plug position (like original).
This straight spark plug position is required for most cast iron exhaust manifolds and some budget header designs.
If in doubt, send us pictures of your manifolds and we can check which head version fits your manifolds.
Fits Big Block Mopar 361 cu in, 383 cu in, 400 cu in, 413 cu in, 426 Wedge and 440 cu in.
These heads are suitable for stock to mildly modified street engines.
- all original accessories and components fit
- equipped with hardened valve seats so unleaded fuel can be used without additives
- heads are delivered fully assembled with valves, springs, retainers and locks
- spring pressure suitable for hydraulic camshafts up to 0.520 in. valve lift
- spark plugs are positioned straight like original cylinder heads, ensuring fitment with all original cast manifolds and most headers
- recommended head bolts: ARP-145-3606
- recommended spark plugs: E-71 or E-298
- valves are larger than on most original heads and the area above the valve seat is significantly larger than stock
- rocker stands and valve heights are the same as on new original heads, however a head swap may require different pushrod length
- very high quality machining and workmanship
- finished with great attention to detail
- extra thick deck surface in the head gasket area
- very smooth casting surfaces indicating a dense, low-porosity casting
- all holes deburred
- all threads deburred
- 100 % flat valve cover sealing surface for easy sealing
- exhaust manifold bolt holes are blind holes, eliminating the need to seal manifold bolts against water passages
- heavy duty steel cups under the valve springs
- approx. 10 kg weight reduction per side, resulting in about 20 kg less weight on the front axle
- blocked heat crossover for cooler intake temperatures and improved performance
- significantly better quality than comparable heads from manufacturers such as Edelbrock while delivering similar power gains
With these modifications and a few additional optimizations you can expect around 50 hp more power depending on the project. For higher performance goals we recommend INDY cylinder heads.
