Exhaust System 3in. Max Wedge, Mid-Pipe Assembly
Max WedgeExhaust System is designed and fabricated in-house using sophisticated CNC machinery, constructed of 3" O.D., 16 gauge aluminized tubing and mandrel bent for a precise fit and uninterrupted exhaust flow. Mandrel bending maintains a consistent inside diameter for maximum exhaust flow and a smooth finish for a sharper appearance
All TTI exhaust systems are made of steel that is aluminized for special rust protection in the exhaust area. This means that the steel pipes are coated with a thin layer of aluminum both inside and outside.
Through a diffusion process, a thin layer of aluminum oxide forms on the surface. This layer is heat-resistant up to 1500°C and has self-healing properties in an oxygen-rich environment with high temperatures. This layer effectively prevents the exhaust system from corroding without becoming brittle and fragile like a stainless-steel system.
We have over 20 years of experience with TTI systems and have never had to replace one due to rust damage or any other issues.
