Unlike other cheap offers or even what Mopar has delivered from the factory, this tank sender is made of stainless steel. So rusting and clogging is no longer possible. This will be the last tank sender you will have to buy for your Mopar.
Tech Tip: Before installing, connect the tank sender to the original sender cable in the back and connect the housing from the sender to ground. Then turn on the ignition and test the readings. An even more accurate, but also more time-consuming method is to perform the calibration once with the tank empty and once with the tank full.
