These “shorty” headers are not cheap universal hot rod headers for some 1930s or 1940s project. They are high-quality, precisely made for your Mopar. They let your engine breathe freely, resulting in noticeable power gains. In this short version, they outperform the rare factory HP cast manifolds from the 340 engines and have the advantage of being lighter. Installation and removal are much easier than with long-tube headers. They also allow clear access to the steering gear and starter without having to remove the headers. Suitable for up to 450 HP – for wilder engines, switch to the larger long-tube headers. Note: Downpipes must be ordered separately. Yes, we can also supply full exhaust systems to match, available in at least three different sound levels.
1-3/4" O.D. tubes (≈ 44.45 mm) with 2-1/2" 3-bolt collectors (≈ 63.50 mm)
