An excellent alternative to conventional pipe connections. V-band flange with 2 weld-on rings that can withstand high heat and strong vibrations. This puts an end to twisting, pulling, sweating and swearing when dismantling the exhaust system once and for all!
A clearly better and quicker solution - simply loosen the band clamp and the previously tight connection is separated.
All in stainless steel, of course, so that it never bogs.
Contrary to the cheaper solutions, our article is the all out-no tricks article, which means:
-ALL parts are made of stainless steel
-the two weld-on flanges are made of stainless steel
-a recess is turned into the flanges so that the exhaust pipe can be securely inserted and welded in place
-the flanges are always 1 x male, 1 x female so that there is no risk of slippage during assembly
-The clamp has a tilting hinge on the side. The time-consuming disassembly for assembly is now a thing of the past
-The supplied T-handle nut or a simple hexagon nut can be used as required
-Caution, do not overtighten the nut, stainless steel has some advantages, but if you overtighten the torque, you will quickly overtax the thread
