Gasket set for original Mopar Big Block exhaust manifolds (gray cast iron) to the cylinder head
Not suitable for fan-style manifolds
Clean any old gasket residue from the surfaces before installation.
Please install with the silver side facing outward.
Please retighten the bolts/nuts after the first cold/warm cycle.
Some manifold bolts go directly into the coolant passage as shipped from the factory.
Simply clean them and screw them back in using threadlocker or RTV silicone.
As shown in the picture, this set also includes the 2 header gaskets R9547 with a 2.25-inch inner diameter
Anyone with an HP manifold must order 2 R60025 gaskets (2.5 in. inner diameter)
